Both are harvested young from chemical-free Salem farms and arrive clean and adulteration-free. Baby mangoes are naturally high in vitamin C and tart fruit acids that are traditionally believed to aid digestion. The Kili Mooku type has a slightly firmer, meatier bite that holds up beautifully in brine pickling. Together they let you make vadu manga with a lovely mix of textures.
