RETURN AND REFUND
Due to the nature of food and fresh products, our return policy is as follows:
Returns
Fresh and perishable items (mangoes, ghee, oils, honey) are not eligible for return once delivered.
Returns or replacements are considered only if:

A wrong product is delivered, or

The product arrives damaged or spoiled.

Non-perishable items (rice, sealed products) are eligible for return only if unopened and damaged during transit.

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5β7 working days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Acceptance
- * We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders due to stock limitations, quality issues, or pricing errors.
- * If an order is cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded.
Shipping & Delivery
- * We deliver across India unless stated otherwise.
- * Delivery usually takes 2β7 working days, depending on location.
- * Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
- * Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.
- * Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
Order Cancellation

- * Seasonal and fresh products like mangoes cannot be cancelled after packing or dispatch.
