Return and Refund

Due to the nature of food and fresh products, our return policy is as follows:

Returns

• Fresh and perishable items (mangoes, ghee, oils, honey) are not eligible for return once delivered.
• Returns or replacements are considered only if:
  • A wrong product is delivered, or
  • The product arrives damaged or spoiled.
• Non-perishable items (rice, sealed products) are eligible for return only if unopened and damaged during transit.
• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Acceptance

• We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders due to stock limitations, quality issues, or pricing errors.
• If an order is cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery usually takes 2–7 working days, depending on location.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
• Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Seasonal and fresh products like mangoes cannot be cancelled after packing or dispatch.
