Pricing & Payments

• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Payment Server Issues & Refunds

• If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed due to server or gateway issues, please contact support with your payment reference.
• After verification, the refund will be initiated.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Order Acceptance

• We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders due to stock limitations, quality issues, or pricing errors.
• If an order is cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Seasonal and fresh products like mangoes cannot be cancelled after packing or dispatch.
